The Story of the Sperry Ski Club

Did you know the Sperry Ski Club has a rich history dating back to 1959? It all started with employees from Sperry Gyroscope on Long Island, NY, who shared a passion for the slopes!

Under the leadership of our founding President, Joe Fish, members pulled together. Over two springs and summers, they built our fantastic 40-person lodge on property purchased right from Pico Peak. Talk about dedication! The lodge officially opened its doors for New Year's in 1965.

To this day, our lodge is a true labor of love, maintained by our wonderful members. It's perfectly located just minutes from Killington and Pico, and we're also within about an hour's drive of other great spots like Okemo, Sugarbush, Stratton, Bromley, and Saskadena Six. It's truly a home away from home for our ski adventures!
